Testimonial from the website:

“I used to be so embarrassed about all my pimples that I had no social life at all. Nada! I could hardly even make myself go to work, and I didn’t have any friends there. I imagined that people must be making fun of me, even if they weren’t. I noticed my brother looking a lot better than I did, though he used to have lots of pimples, too. So I asked him what happened, and he said that he started taking Acnezine. I figured if it worked for him, maybe it could work for me. And it did! I can stand to see myself in the mirror now. And I asked this girl at work to go out with me, and she said yes! If I hadn’t started taking Acnezine, I never would have dared. Life is good!

I guess we have all dealt with bad breath at a time or another throughout our life. I would lie if I say I didn’t, just tell me who has never awaken with a foul breath. Though it can be very embarrassing at times, we have to deal with it and find a way to get rid of it. Bad breath may not always be related to hygiene, I once had an infection in my throat which caused a very foul smell, it’s only after I got the infection treated that the smell went away.

I will give you a few tips how you can stop bad breath naturally, these are simple things to do everyday. But if you feel you have any kind of infection in your mouth, you have a teeth that needs to be treated, I suggest you see your dentist.

Stop Your Bad Breath Naturally

- Brush your teeth. I do not really have to tell you this but many people often forget to brush their teeth. Good oral hygiene is vital if you don’t want bad breath, if possible try to brush your teeth after each meal and floss your teeth twice daily.

- Clean your tongue. Brushing the tongue is equally important as brushing the teeth. Also get a tongue scrapper to keep away from tongue diseases and those dreadful coats.

- Eat hard foods. Eating soft can be easier but hard foods are great to clean your mouth and tongue. Eat raw vegetables if you can, carrots and celery for example. Also eat lots of fresh fruits to fight those bad breath bacteria.

- Become a tea drinker. Tea is great for memory, we all know that but this is not the only good thing about tea. Tea can slow the growth of bad breath bacteria. If you are a tea lover, you can get as much as you like everyday.

- Drink drink and drink. Yes, stay hydrated all the time and drink whenever you can. Of course water is the favored drink here but tea or a fruit juice is fine too. Bacteria emerge much faster when your mouth is dry.

- Avoid spicy foods. Onion and garlic known to cause bad breath, so if you can avoid these if you do not want a terrible breath… Also the smell of spices tend to stay for long, best is to brush your teeth right after your meal.

- Mouth wash. Make sure you get the right one, you know it’s working when it burns and leave you with a fresh breath.

For some people bad breath can be as much as a handicap, but I am sure you can treat that, you can fine more tips in the Bad Breath Report.

Causes of Bad Breath

Finding a cure for halitosis (bad breath) is much easier when you know the cause.I have already gave a few hints at what can cause bad breath above but sometimes it can be the least expected thing that causes a foul oral breath.

Bad breath is mostly caused by the presence of oral bacteria. But there can be other factors that can affect one’s breath. The main factors directly related to bad breath are:

Bacteria found in the mouth.

Conditions that causes bacteria to grow rapidly.

Poor oral hygiene or inability to clean the areas where bacteria reside.

Let’s now see some other factors that cause bad breath.

Food. I’ve said already that spices are main causes of bad breath, there can be also some other foods, you may notice only after consuming them.

Smoking. Everyone knows how smokers have a terrible breath, the odor is related to tar, nicotine and other substances found in the cigarette. These will accumulate in the person’s mouth and thus cause the bad breath.

Gum Disease. Periodontal disease (gum disease) is one of the most common cause of bad breath, it is a bacterial infection located in the tissues surrounding the teeth. Advanced periodontal disease can cause serious damage to the bone that holds the teeth which then create deep spaces (periodontal pockets) between the teeth and gum. These spaces are ideal for bacteria to live in.

Sinus conditions. This is also a very common cause of bad breath. Upper respiratory infections often create postnasal drip that goes down to the tongue, it often has a foul taste and smell. This discharge will often be the food for oral bacteria, who will in turn create smelly waste products.

Rotten teeth. This is pretty rare unless someone has a very had oral hygiene.

To stay away from halitosis, it is a good idea to pay frequent visits to the dentist. At least twice per year.

Make sure your mouth is clean all the time. Don’t forget to check the bad breath report to get more ideas how to stay bad breath free.
